FAQ
iElectrony Hub is a two-sided marketplace connecting clients with electronics and software engineers — from discovery and chat to secure payment, delivery, and support, all in one app.
Clients looking for technical work, engineers offering electronics or software expertise, and admins who keep the platform trustworthy through review and support.
Browse recommended or recent profiles, filter by skill, and check each engineer's country, languages, gallery, rating, completed projects, availability, and minimum service cost.
Yes. Message an engineer directly from their profile to share your idea and requirements — no commitment or payment required until you're ready.
Text, file attachments, images, and audio messages — everything you need to explain a project clearly.
A Request is an open description of work engineers can respond to. A Project is the formal, agreed job — with budget, duration, and payment — once you've settled on an engineer
Payments are processed securely in-app through Stripe. You can optionally save a card for future use, and every payment is recorded in your payment history.
Only after payment is confirmed. This protects both the client and the engineer, and the app clearly shows when a project is awaiting payment.
Every project has a live status — not started, in progress, on hold, delivered, completed, and more — so you always know what stage it's at.
The engineer marks the work as delivered with a link or details, and you review it before accepting. If something's off, you can raise it in chat first.
Start by discussing it with the engineer in chat. If it isn't resolved, you can open a support case with the related conversation attached.
Yes, for eligible projects. Submit a refund request with a full reason and contact number, and the team will follow up — often via WhatsApp — to resolve it quickly.
Yes. Once a project is completed, you can leave a review to help future clients evaluate quality, communication, and reliability.
Engineers apply in-app with their experience, contact details, and portfolio links. Once approved, they get full access to portfolio, requests, and project tools.
Open a support case through the Help Center by category, attach screenshots or a related chat, and track it until it's resolved.
Yes. Payments run through Stripe, and your project details, chats, and files are used only to deliver the service, resolve issues, and keep your history available in-app.
Yes. Notifications cover project status changes, new messages, support updates, and application results in real time.
